I am glad you decided to move forward and learn about God and theology.
That decision matters.

A quick word before we start. There is a lot here. You will not finish it in one day. Aim for one post a day. Keep that rhythm and you will make it through. On the other side you will not be the same person. You will be stronger, clearer, and better.
Now for a concept everyone on earth should understand.
The leap of faith.
Picture a massive canyon. You, me, and the whole human race stand on one side. God is on the other.
We cannot simply walk across. The gap is real. Now imagine we all have wings with numbers printed on them from 0 to 100.
A strange thing happens.
People with 100 on their wings lift off and glide across the chasm to God. They do not ask for reasons. They do not need evidence. Someone says, “God is there,” and they are in like Flynn. Their trust is absolute. Sometimes that trust is shaped by where they grew up and which religion they inherit. They still believe.
The rest of us have numbers between 99 and 0. We are still on the edge, looking across. How do we get over?
We build a bridge.
Not out of wood and steel. Out of evidence, reasons, and honest experience. Each solid piece we find moves the span forward. One plank. Then another. Maybe the bridge reaches one percent of the way at first. That is not the finish, but it is enough for the people with 99 on their wings. They run, jump, and soar the rest. The next piece of evidence extends the bridge again. Now the 98s cross. Then the 97s. The more reliable truth we stack, the less personal faith is required to make the leap.
This is how most people come to God.

Everyone carries a faith number. Some need only a crumb of evidence. Others need a feast. As the bridge grows, the needed leap shrinks. That is the point of this whole project. Build the bridge as far as it can reasonably go so your step across is as small as possible.
You do not need every plank before you start walking. You need enough structure to take a step. Then another. Faith is not pretending. Faith is trusting what the evidence supports and living like it is true.
Why some still will not cross
Let us be honest. Even if we could prove God to you at 100 percent mathematical certainty, there are people with a faith number of 0 who would refuse Him. I have met them. They think God is the problem, not the answer. They would rather curse than bow. That is rare, but it exists. Love requires freedom. Freedom means the door can be shut from the inside.
But for most of you, the door is not locked. You are open. You are willing to see what is real and go where it leads.
How far can we build this bridge
Spoiler. If you keep an open mind, I can get you to about 90 percent. It is a bold claim but I mean it. You will not have to jump across a canyon. You will at worst take a running step over a gap.
Why have you not heard much of this already? Because the best material is often buried under noise and cynicism. Some gatekeepers are hostile to faith. Some algorithms push empty distractions over serious truth. And yes, there is an enemy of your soul who would rather you never look up. That is why this pathway is organized, practical, and plain. No fluff. Just the next plank.
How this course builds your bridge
- Step 1. Does God exist. If not, nothing else matters. We start here and use real arguments, not memes.
- Step 2. Are souls real. Even if God exists, do humans have an immortal soul. We weigh the case.
- Step 3. What the evidence says about Jesus and Scripture. History, claims, credibility.
- Step 4. Miracles and transformation. When and how to test extraordinary claims without being gullible or cynical.
- Step 5. The Gospel itself. What it is, what it is not, and what it asks of you.
- Step 6. How to walk with God. Prayer, Scripture, community, repentance, forgiveness, virtue. The daily steps that turn knowledge into life.
Each section adds planks. Each plank shortens your leap.
How to walk while we build
- Read one lesson a day. Do not binge. Let truth settle.
- Keep a simple journal. Write your top questions and what you learned.
- Try the honest prayer experiment: “God, if You are real, reveal Yourself to me and guide me to truth.” Say it daily for thirty days.
- Practice one small act of obedience you already know is right. Integrity clears fog.
- Share one idea with a friend and ask their best question. Sharpen the bridge together.
A word about fear
Maybe you fear being fooled. Good. Wisdom is not gullible. We are not asking for blind leaps. We are building a structure that can hold the weight of your life. Test it. Kick the beams. Ask hard questions. Truth does not flinch.
Maybe you fear what God will ask of you if you cross. Also honest. Here is the surprise. God heals more than He takes. He trims what hurts you so you can breathe again. You will not lose your life. You will finally find it.
Remember the clock
Memento mori. You will die. That is not said to scare you. It is said to wake you. If the afterlife is real, and if you will meet the God who made you, then building this bridge is the most important project you will ever undertake.
So let us begin. I will build as far as possible. You bring your questions and your courage. When the bridge reaches your number, take the step.
See you on the other side.
